Jeff and Anna Plant, Lead Pastors

 Jeff and Anna are the Founders and Lead Pastors at Impact Faith Church and are dedicated to teaching the Word of God. Their hearts are set on finding the lost and helping them discover their identity in Christ. They are both graduates of Charis Bible College in Woodland Park, Colorado, and serve as the ARMI (Association of Related Ministries International) Area Leaders for the State of Arkansas.

 They love serving God and serving people.

Jake and Erica Cantrell, Youth Directors

Jake and Erica have a heart for serving the youth of our community. Their passion is to see young people find their hope in Jesus and carry it forward to find other youth. They are training and raising up the next generation of God's army for the ministry's work. They are both attending Charis Bible College to further their walk and continue building the foundation that Jesus has called them to.
